Delete your account
Sign in, confirm, and the account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
Your account, your name, address, number and photo, every open session, your groups, your device links, and any filtering templates you made. It is permanent and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
What is kept
- Payment records, which accounting law requires us to keep - with your name removed from them.
- The log of what changed on a child's device, which is that child's record as much as yours - with your name replaced by a code that identifies nobody.
- The children's device records themselves, because a phone commonly stays in use and may have a second supervisor.
Free the devices first
The deletion will not go through while a protected device is still linked to your account. A phone's protection lives on the phone, so deleting the only account that can reach it would leave a locked handset nobody can open. Unlink each device, or remove its protection, from the supervisor app, then come back here.
