No. Adults get two standalone products with no supervisor: Tabaa Adults for Android phones and Tabaa Desktop for Windows. Both block pornography at system level.
Yes. Tabaa Children, Tabaa Adults and Tabaa Desktop all enforce the rules on the device itself, so blocking keeps working offline. In Tabaa Children, time limits and the app list stay in force, and changes from the supervisor app sync as soon as the connection returns.
